Where the information comes from
Research draws on issuer annual and interim reports, regulatory announcements, investor-relations publications, and structured financial records. Report citations link to original documents whenever a link is available. The issuer document remains authoritative; a link to a presentation or webcast is not a claim that a transcript was reviewed.
Wikipedia's public API may provide neutral company background and history. Wikipedia text is community-maintained and can change; it is background context, not proof of a financial claim. Summaries adapt the linked articles under CC BY-SA 4.0. Company marks and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. Attribution does not imply endorsement or grant redistribution rights.
Management disclosures
Management-transaction records are based on issuer notifications made available by SIX Exchange Regulation (SER). They describe reportable activity by management, board members, or related persons. “Insider” describes a disclosed role; it is not an allegation of unlawful trading, misconduct, or privileged knowledge. This is an independent personal project, with no affiliation or endorsement from SER or the issuers.
Late notifications and corrections can change the record, so the original notice remains authoritative. Disclosed role and transaction labels are shortened for readability. A reported direct trade is not necessarily an open-market trade, and no motive or current holding is inferred.
Counts represent disclosures, not people. Values and price comparisons are analytical summaries, not realised profit or total return. They can be affected by delayed prices, fees, taxes, dividends, currency, and corporate actions.
